The OS Giken Super Lock LSD uses a patented pressure ring design for smooth, progressive locking. Its spline-through-side-gear design allows for up to twice as many friction plates as competitors. Components are chemically heat-treated, made from high-grade steel alloy, with raw-forged gears and precision-machined clutch disks. The LSD case is machined from a single billet. It offers low preload while maintaining 100% lock capability, providing quiet and predictable locking, significantly improving the driving experience and maintaining daily drivability when replacing an open differential.
