The OS Giken Super Lock LSD features a patented pressure ring design for smooth, progressive locking. Its spline-through-side-gear design accommodates up to double the friction plates of competitors. Components are high-grade steel alloy, chemically heat-treated for durability, with raw-forged gears. Clutch disks are precision-machined, and the LSD case is machined from a single billet piece. It offers low preload with 100% lock capability, ensuring quiet, progressive locking for an enhanced driving experience while maintaining daily drivability. Tunable for high-power applications, with adjustable initial torque, lock progression timing, and ramp angles. TCD spec disks can be installed for improved oil cooling and smoother operation.
