Description

The OS Giken Super Lock LSD uses a patented pressure ring design for smooth, progressive locking. It features a spline-through-side-gear design allowing for more friction plates. Components are chemically heat-treated, constructed from high-grade steel alloy, with raw-forged gears and precision-machined clutch disks. The LSD case is machined from a single billet piece. It offers low preload, 100% lock capability, quiet operation, and progressive locking for smooth, predictable performance. Tunability options include adjusting initial torque, lock progression timing, ramp angles, and TCD spec disks for increased oil cooling.
