OS Giken Porsche 944 2.5/2.7/3.0L (MT Only) Super Lock LSD

The OS Giken Super Lock Limited Slip Differential (LSD) is engineered with a miniaturized pressure ring and a superior spline-through-side-gear design, allowing for the fitment of more clutch discs than traditional LSDs. This design results in a higher lock ratio and more consistent lock performance. It is the culmination of extensive research and development, featuring the capacity to house an unprecedented number of friction plates (up to 28) and a patented lock timing system. This enables the Super Lock LSD to achieve complete lock in a progressive, smooth, and quiet manner, contributing to quicker lap times and repeatable tuning. The LSD case is machined from a single billet piece for uniformity and all components are chemically heat treated for maximum durability. Initial torque and lock progression timing are adjustable through the use of different cone springs and pressure ring springs, offering fine-tuning capabilities. Ramp angles can also be customized by swapping the pressure ring and iron cross for further tuning possibilities. TCD spec disks can be installed for increased oil cooling and even smoother operation.
