The RPM Can-Am Outlander Sport Muffler is a high-performance, lightweight 3/4 slip-on exhaust system engineered to deliver a deep, aggressive sport exhaust tone for your Can-Am Outlander. This muffler is internally baffled for a single-chamber design, enhancing sound and performance. Constructed from polished 304 stainless steel with a fully TIG-welded structure, this muffler is built for durability and a premium look. It significantly cuts weight, weighing in at only 8.2 lbs. The system provides a 15% increase in exhaust flow and a 2-3 HP increase, offering a noticeable performance boost without requiring any tuning. It features a removable quiet core insert and includes all necessary stainless steel hardware for an easy bolt-on installation. This sport muffler is designed as a direct slip-on replacement. It fits a wide range of Can-Am Outlander models from 2013-2024, including the 1000R/800R/650/570/500 and 850. However, it specifically does not fit 'L' models of the 2016 Can Am Outlander MAX 570.
