These Outlaw axles boast an upgraded premium CV with a 108mm design, featuring billet-machined internals crafted from an upgraded alloy. Each CV undergoes an isotropic surface finish, resulting in a mirror-like polish that ensures smoother operation, significantly reduces heat buildup and premature wear, and aids in grease migration. Furthermore, the Outlaw axles are equipped with premium fasteners, recognized as the industry's strongest CV axle bolts. The GForce Outlaw Axles are distinguished by their largest diameter axle bars and 31-spline axle bar and CV on the market, providing greater spline engagement and unparalleled strength. The billet-machined 31-spline CV joints offer increased travel and a wider operating angle compared to OEM components. Additionally, these axles incorporate 1-piece CNC-machined billet steel inner and outer stubs, manufactured from a single piece of billet steel for maximum durability. Each GForce Outlaw axle is meticulously designed, machined, and assembled in the USA using aircraft-grade certified alloys. Key features include Anti-Wheel Hop Technology, a direct bolt-in fit, severe-duty CVs with isotropic surface finish, premium CV fasteners, 1-piece stubs, CNC machining, and powder coating for corrosion protection.
