The Nitrous Outlet 80mm Hemi Plate System is a wet nitrous oxide injection kit designed for HEMI engines with an 80mm throttle body. The system includes a billet aluminum plate, a 10 lb. bottle, and a pre-bent hardline kit for a clean installation, providing a nitrous-to-fuel mixture for performance gains.

The system features wide-open throttle activation to ensure safe, efficient performance and is compatible with E85 fuel. It is finished with a black anodized coating and laser-etched branding.

The Nitrous Outlet 80mm Hemi Plate System is a high-performance wet nitrous injection kit engineered specifically for 5.7L and 6.1L HEMI engines equipped with a stock 80mm throttle body. This system delivers a precise, controlled mixture of nitrous and fuel directly into the intake, capable of supporting power increases of up to 400 HP with appropriate jetting. The kit comes out of the box configured to spray up to 200 HP and includes four jet sizes for 50, 100, 150, and 200 HP levels. Constructed for durability and style, the billet aluminum plate features a black anodized finish with laser-etched logo and labels. The complete package includes a 10 lb. nitrous bottle, a bottle warmer, a purge valve and solenoid, a pressure switch, relay, wiring harness, and solenoid brackets. It is designed for E85 fuel compatibility and utilizes wide-open throttle (WOT) activation to ensure the system engages only at maximum throttle position. Installation of this kit is complex and requires mechanical expertise; professional installation is strongly recommended. The system is specifically designed for 5.7L and 6.1L HEMI engines and does not fit applications with different throttle body sizes or engine configurations such as the 6.2L Supercharged or 6.4L HEMI engines. The kit is backed by a one-year limited warranty.
