Overdrive Alternator Pulley

This kit specifically includes an overdrive alternator pulley, which is beneficial for users with power-hungry stereo systems, as it optimizes output without negatively impacting the battery, lights, or other electrical components. Constructed from 6061-T6 aircraft-quality aluminum, each pulley is CNC-machined and tested for precise machining and balance tolerances. The pulleys feature a durable hard-anodized finish for exceptional longevity. The crank pulley weighs approximately 19 ounces (550 grams), while the alternator pulley weighs 2.5 ounces (75 grams), representing a 70-75% weight reduction compared to OEM parts. Unlike competitors, NST pulleys do not corrode, are made from stronger, anodized aluminum, and include oil sleeves and timing marks when necessary. This pulley kit is specifically designed for the 2009-2020 Nissan 370Z and Infiniti G37 models equipped with the VQ37HR engine. A Gates K070786 belt is required for installation and is available for purchase separately.
