Description

These performance series main bearings are designed for high-powered stroker builds, offering long-term durability for street use. They feature Tri-Metal construction, a well-proven method since the 1950s. This construction includes a steel backing for structural rigidity, an intermediate layer of copper-lead alloy for load carrying, and a thin layer of leaded bronze/babbitt for embeddability and anti-friction properties. They typically feature a 3/4" oil groove to maximize bearing load surface and are narrowed/chamfered to clear larger radius aftermarket and stroker crankshafts.
