This turbocharger is designed for BMW models equipped with the 3.0i engine, offering compatibility with various power outputs including 225KW - 306PS and 250KW - 340PS. It supports both N54 B30 A and N55 B30 A engine codes. TurboZentrum also offers optimized "Stage" versions of this turbocharger. Stage 1 includes a CNC-machined and optimized compressor wheel with reinforced bearings, suitable for installation without engine modifications and optimal for chip tuning. Stage 2 features a larger CNC-machined compressor wheel and housing, along with reinforced bearings, and potentially a clipped turbine wheel and reinforced wastegate actuator. Stage 3 incorporates a larger CNC-machined compressor wheel and housing, reinforced bearings, a larger CNC-machined turbine wheel and housing, offering maximum power with plug-and-play installation, and may include a customized intake. For optimal performance with Stage turbochargers, software customization is recommended, and for Stage 2 and above, it is required.
