The ProCharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger Complete Kit is engineered to significantly boost the performance of 1998-2002 5.7L Chevrolet Camaro models. At its core is the P-1SC-1 supercharger head unit, distinguished by its self-contained lubrication system, exclusive billet impellers, and durable billet gearcases, all finished in a satin coating. This advanced centrifugal supercharger offers superior rigidity and sealing. Included in the kit is a high-capacity front-mounted air-to-air intercooler. This intercooler utilizes a robust bar and plate design to effectively reduce intake air temperatures, preventing power-robbing detonation and making way for further performance modifications. The system comes complete with all necessary piping, mounting bracketry, installation hardware, and an OBDII flash programmer pre-loaded with ProCharger calibration, simplifying the tuning process. This kit requires 91 octane or higher fuel. Professional installation is recommended due to the mechanical expertise involved. While kits are generally bolt-on, ProCharger notes that for modified applications, they are not responsible for boost levels or tune quality. Custom tuning and dyno tuning may be required for export vehicles or those with extensive OEM computer modifications. Orders for these kits are built to order and have a lead time of 10-14 business days.
