P-1SC-1 Intercooled Supercharger System

The ProCharger High Output Intercooled System is a complete supercharger solution engineered for 2014-2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 trucks and SUVs equipped with the 5.3L or 6.2L engines. This system is designed to bolt on and provide significant power gains, offering a 45-50% increase in horsepower and torque with 8 psi of boost, utilizing factory fuel injectors on stock engines running pump gas. Key components include the P-1SC-1 supercharger with a satin finish, a 3-core air-to-air intercooler (horizontal or vertical options available, with vertical required for 2017-18 trucks), and a shared-drive design for the self-contained supercharger. It also features ProFlow blow-off valve, PCM tuning supplied, and retains the factory intake manifold. The patented, self-contained supercharger oiling design eliminates the need for external oil lines, simplifying installation and ensuring superior lubrication. Installation is designed to be DIY-friendly with a typical time of 6-8 hours. Optional features include a helical gearset for reduced supercharger noise, different air inlet designs, and various finish options (black or polished) for the supercharger and bracket. A 1-year supercharger warranty is standard, with an optional 3-year warranty available. This system is 50-state street legal and comes with associated CARB EO# for compliance. However, tuner kits for this vehicle are NOT legal for street use in California and are intended for racing or off-road applications only. Note that 2017-18 trucks require the vertical intercooler, while 2017-18 SUVs require the horizontal intercooler.
