The ProCharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger Complete Kit offers a significant performance upgrade for 1999-2001 Ford Mustang Cobra models. At its core is the P-1SC self-contained supercharger head unit, featuring advanced technology like a patented self-lubrication system, billet impellers, and billet gearcases for enhanced rigidity and appearance. This unit comes with a satin finish. To ensure optimal performance and prevent detonation, the kit includes a high-capacity, front-mounted air-to-air intercooler with a durable bar and plate design. The system is sold complete, including all necessary piping, mounting bracketry, and installation hardware. For straightforward tuning, an OBDII flash programmer with ProCharger calibration is also provided. Installation of this kit is recommended to be performed by professionals due to the mechanical expertise required. The system mandates the use of 91 octane or higher fuel. It's important to note that all engine and exhaust modifications should be declared at the time of order, as ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or the quality of tune on modified applications. Custom tuning or dyno tuning may be necessary for non-US spec vehicles or those with existing modifications. Kits are built to order, with a lead time of 10 to 14 business days. The kit includes a 1-year warranty on the supercharger, with an optional 3-year warranty available.
