The ProCharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger Complete Kit offers a significant power upgrade for your 1997-2003 4.6L Ford F-150. This comprehensive system includes the P-1SC supercharger head unit, known for its self-contained lubrication, advanced technology, and billet impellers and gearcases for superior rigidity and appearance. The kit features a satin finish and a high-capacity, front-mounted air-to-air intercooler with a durable bar and plate design. This intercooler effectively reduces air intake temperatures, preventing power-robbing detonation and accommodating future performance modifications. Included with the kit is an OBDII flash programmer with ProCharger calibration, simplifying the tuning process. However, the system requires the use of 91 octane or higher fuel. The manufacturer notes that all engine and exhaust modifications should be declared at the time of order, and ProCharger is not responsible for boost levels or tune quality on modified applications. Vehicles built for export or non-US spec models may require custom tuning. Due to the variability of OEM computers and the potential for custom modifications, dyno tuning may be necessary for optimal performance. Professional installation is recommended, and the kit has an estimated build time of 10 to 14 business days. This kit is specifically designed for 1997-2003 4.6L Ford F-150 models.
