The ProCharger 1GI212-SCI is a high-output intercooled supercharger system designed for 1999-2003 GM trucks and SUVs with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. This system provides significant power gains, adding 55-65% more horsepower and increased torque for improved towing capability.

Featuring the P-1SC supercharger and a 2-core air-to-air intercooler, this kit includes all necessary components for installation, including tuning, fuel system upgrades (FMU and pump), and tubing.

The ProCharger 1GI212-SCI High Output Intercooled System is engineered to significantly boost performance for 1999-2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 trucks equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engines. This kit provides substantial power gains, adding between 55-65% more horsepower on 93 octane fuel, with boost levels of 7-8 psi for the 6.0L engine and 8-9 psi for the 4.8L and 5.3L engines. This system includes the P-1SC self-contained supercharger with a satin finish, a 2-core horizontal air-to-air intercooler, and the ProFlow blow-off valve. It is designed to utilize the factory 6-rib belt drive, ensuring a clean integration. The kit is a complete turnkey solution, providing ECU/TCU tuning via a handheld programmer, fuel system components, and all necessary tubing for installation. ProCharger offers a 1-year warranty on the supercharger, with an optional 3-year warranty available. Optional upgrades include a polished supercharger finish, a helical gear set for noise reduction, and a larger 3-core intercooler. Complete systems for street use in California must have an associated CARB EO# for compliance.
