The ProCharger High Output Intercooled Tuner Kit is a performance-focused forced induction system engineered for 1997-2001 Dodge Dakota and Durango vehicles with 5.2L or 5.9L Magnum engines. This tuner kit provides an industry-leading 55-60% power increase at 8-9 psi of boost, utilizing a P-1SC supercharger and a highly effective 2-core air-to-air intercooler for improved charge air temperatures. The system utilizes the factory 7-rib belt drive configuration and includes a ProFlow blow-off valve, allowing the vehicle to retain its original intake manifold. Note that this is a tuner kit; tuning and fuel system components are not supplied, as the system is intended for users who plan to perform custom engine management and potentially modify internal components like heads, headers, and camshafts. An MSD boost timing master may also be required. Installation requires specific attention to drivetrain configuration, as users must specify 2WD or 4WD at the time of order. Additionally, for 2500 series vehicles and above, modifications and custom tuning are strictly required. This is a special-order kit that necessitates a non-refundable deposit. As a self-contained unit, the supercharger does not require oil lines to the engine, though standard maintenance intervals apply.
