P-1SC Intercooled Supercharger System 5.7L

The ATI/Procharger P-1SC is a complete high output intercooled supercharger system for 1996-2000 GM Truck/SUV 5.7L engines. This HO system includes a P-1SC head unit, a 2-core air-to-air intercooler, and all necessary tubing, piping, fittings, and clamps for installation. It is designed to provide a significant horsepower gain of 210+ at 8-9 psi of boost, delivering 60-65% more power on stock engines. This kit is 50-state legal with CARB EO D-365-3. It comes with a Fuel Management Unit (FMU) to provide extra fuel, making it suitable for stock or mildly modified vehicles using factory camshafts, cylinder heads, and OE bottom ends with factory fuel injectors. For more heavily modified engines, custom tuning or an aftermarket EFI system is recommended. The self-contained oiling design requires no external oil lines and offers the easiest and quickest installation, often completable by customers over a weekend. Key details include a stock 6-rib belt drive system, ProFlow bypass valve, and 3-inch tubing. While fuel pumps are supplied, injectors are not included.
