P 3.73 Gear Ratio Rear Axle Assembly

The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Complete Axle Assembly (RAA435-275A-P) is designed for GM 11.5-inch differentials, featuring a 3.73 gear ratio for single rear wheel (SRW) applications. This assembly is equipped with G80 Posi Traction for enhanced grip and is compatible with diesel engines. Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously rebuilds these axle assemblies to ensure precision and reliability. Each unit undergoes a thorough inspection process, checking for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Crucially, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The gears are examined for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set precisely for proper gear lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications. Zumbrota employs a proprietary hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a deep cleaning process, to set a high standard for axle assembly remanufacturing. This specific axle assembly is designed for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 models from 2011 to 2014.
