Description

The Wilton WL9-14847 is a pair of prism jaw caps designed for use with vises. These caps feature horizontal and vertical V-grooves, including a 120-degree horizontal V-groove and three vertical V-grooves, as well as a 90-degree groove for marking and center punching. They are ideal for light tapping, thread cutting, and clamping round objects, serving as temporary work-holding systems.

Constructed from hardened aluminum alloy, these jaw caps protect both vise jaws and workpieces from marring and distortion. Two built-in permanent magnets on the backside securely hold the caps to the vise. The magnetic design also helps prevent steel filings from attaching to the jaws and keeps the clamped part from becoming magnetized.
