The Neuspeed P-Flo air intake kit is an engineered solution for the Passat B6 2.0T with an automatic transmission, replacing the restrictive factory airbox to allow for increased, high-volume airflow. By optimizing the intake path, this system provides improved engine performance in higher RPM ranges while delivering a deeper, more aggressive engine note during acceleration. Constructed with smooth mandrel-bent piping and an aluminum heat shield, the kit includes a high-performance, oiled multi-layer cotton gauze air filter that is washable and reusable. The pipe diameter is calibrated to match the factory Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor exactly, which prevents fuel trim issues and eliminates the risk of triggering diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) after installation. Important installation requirements include the removal of the original engine cover, as it serves as an integral part of the stock intake box. This kit is specifically designed for vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission; it is not compatible with manual transmission models, which require part number 65.10.97. This product is CARB exempt under Executive Order #D-236-22.
