The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2111D-P is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for specific GM 7.5-inch rear-end applications. It is built for 1985 and 1986 GMC Astro and Safari Vans, featuring a 2.56 gear ratio and the G80 Posi-Traction limited-slip differential. This axle assembly is constructed with meticulous attention to detail. All internal components, including the ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are subjected to a 100% inspection. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The housings are professionally cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring them to their original OEM finish.
