P08 Air Filter

The Sprint Filter P08 air filter (PM149S) is engineered using a patented polyester material and a unique woven thread construction, creating a filtering mesh between 37 and 85 microns. This advanced membrane is supported by robust steel alloy meshes treated with epoxy resin, ensuring durability against street and track conditions, as well as resistance to fuel fumes and moisture. Its construction provides a consistent and less turbulent flow of filtered air to the engine. Designed as a direct OEM replacement, the P08 filter boasts superior filtration efficiency (93.13% for 100-micron particles) and airflow (5,050 l/m2sec) compared to traditional cotton or foam filters. This enhanced airflow can contribute to increased power and a leaner air-fuel mixture, potentially improving fuel economy. Unlike oiled filters, the P08 is a dry filter that can be cleaned simply by blowing compressed air through it in the opposite direction of airflow, eliminating the need for washing and re-oiling, and allowing for immediate refitting. This filter offers exceptional longevity, with a service life of approximately 125,000 kilometers. It comes with a 1-year warranty.
