The Sprint Filter PM94S is a revolutionary air filter utilizing a P08 polyester filtering membrane, a departure from traditional oiled cotton gauze or foam filters. This membrane is constructed from woven synthetic yarns with a 5-micron filtration capability, designed to provide the highest airflow among comparable filters. The unique weave pattern effectively filters debris as small as 80 microns while maintaining exceptional permeability, contributing to maximized engine power potential. Maintenance of the P08 filter is virtually effortless. It can be cleaned by simply removing it from the airbox and blowing it out with compressed air, eliminating the need for messy washing, aftermarket cleaners, or oil treatments. This not only saves time but also ensures immediate reinstallation. If grease removal is necessary, the P08 material is resistant to any type of degreasing agent. Its polyester construction ensures no discernible deterioration or loss of performance over the motorcycle's lifetime, offering superior build quality backed by over 65 years of Sprint Filter's experience in high-level competition. While airflow is greater than stock, it does not affect the correct working of the motorcycle. In some cases, replacing the original filter with a P08 has shown performance advantages, such as a documented 2.5 hp gain on a stock Honda CBR 1000 RR. The filter is compatible with Aprilia RSV4 models.
