The Sprint Filter P08 F1-85 is a high-performance air filter designed to replace the stock filter in specific Yamaha motorcycle models. Constructed from a patented PTFE-treated polyester membrane, the P08 F1-85 offers water-resistant properties, making it suitable for demanding conditions. Its innovative polyester material ensures consistent airflow, unlike traditional cotton filters that can be affected by moisture or maintenance procedures. The filter features a steel wire mesh with an epoxy varnish finish for added structural integrity and durability. With an airflow rate of 15,000 l/m²/sec and a filtration level of 85μm, this Sprint Filter provides increased air permeability and filtration efficiency compared to cotton air filters. It is designed as a direct OEM replacement, requiring no fuel adjustment or additional control units for most latest-generation 600cc and 1000cc supersport bikes, though it taps 100% of its potential when used with optimal mapping. Maintenance is simplified, requiring only compressed air for cleaning, as it is a dry filter and does not need oil treatments. The filter comes with a 1-year warranty.
