The Sprint Filter PM122S is a standard performance air filter engineered for street-legal use and track days on tuned motorcycles. It features Sprint Filter's P08 polyester tissue, which independent testing has shown provides superior airflow compared to leading competitor filters, including those marketed for race use. The P08 media utilizes a special polyester filtering material with a 70-micron wire diameter and a unique weave pattern that effectively filters debris down to 80 microns, all while maintaining the highest permeability in the market. This design maximizes motorcycle power potential and offers excellent filtration protection. Maintenance of the PM122S is virtually maintenance-free. Cleaning involves simply removing the filter, blowing it clean with compressed air, and reinserting it, eliminating the need for messy washing, aftermarket cleaners, or oil treatments.
