P34 Cold Air Intake System

The 034Motorsport P34 Cold Air Intake System is engineered to deliver enhanced power, sound, and acceleration for B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5 vehicles equipped with the 3.0 TFSI engine. Through extensive analysis of the stock airbox, 034Motorsport's engineers developed a performance replacement that significantly increases airflow to the turbocharger and engine. This system features a partially-enclosed airbox that integrates with the factory fresh air inlet duct and heat shield, accommodating a massive 5" inlet conical air filter and a CFD-optimized filter tube. The design minimizes filter shrouding, ensuring maximum airflow into the filter and through the large-diameter, 4-ply silicone intake tube. This performance air filter uses a double-layer pleated cotton filtration medium capable of trapping particles as small as 5 microns, while offering increased flow and superior filtration. The intake also provides enhanced engine and induction sounds and improved throttle response. For further performance optimization, particularly when running Stage 3 Hybrid Turbochargers, the P34 SüperDüper Insuction Bundle is available. This bundle includes the P34 Cold Air Intake and the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe, designed to eliminate a critical flow restriction in the intake tract. The bundle also features an even larger CFD-optimized silicone filter tube for a proper mate between the intake and the turbo inlet, maximizing performance for Stage 3 Hybrid Turbo Tuning Software. The SüperDüper Turbo Inlet itself is cast from A356 Aluminum with CNC-machined adapters for smooth airflow into the compressor housing and turbo inlet. Installation is rated as 'Mild', and the system securely installs using factory mounting grommets. The P34 Cold Air Intake System offers dyno-proven horsepower and torque gains and is designed for superb fit and finish, complementing the factory engine bay with a stealthy OEM+ aesthetic. CFM testing shows substantial flow increases over the stock intake, with figures reaching up to 559 CFM @ 28” H²O for the P34 Intake with the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet and a 66mm adapter ring.
