P34 Cold Air Intake System

The 034Motorsport P34 Cold Air Intake System is engineered to provide improved power, sound, and acceleration for B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5 vehicles equipped with the 3.0 TFSI engine. This performance intake solution replaces the restrictive factory airbox, allowing for increased airflow to the turbocharger and engine. Through extensive development, including CFD analysis and prototyping, 034Motorsport has created a system that delivers measurable horsepower and torque gains. Key features of the P34 Cold Air Intake include a massive 5" inlet conical air filter with a double-layer pleated cotton filtration medium capable of trapping particles as small as 5 microns. It also incorporates a CNC-machined billet aluminum velocity stack and a large-diameter, CFD-optimized turbo inlet hose. The design is stealthy and utilizes the factory fresh air inlet duct and heat shield, maintaining an OEM+ appearance while offering significant performance benefits. The installation is straightforward and takes approximately 1 hour. For even greater performance optimization, especially when running Stage 3 Hybrid Turbochargers, the P34 SüperDüper Insuction Bundle is available. This bundle pairs the P34 Cold Air Intake with the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe, eliminating a critical flow restriction in the intake tract. The SüperDüper Turbo Inlet is cast from A356 aluminum with a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum turbo inlet adapter for maximum airflow into the compressor housing.
