P34 Cold Air Intake System

The 034 Motorsport P34 Cold Air Intake System is a comprehensive performance upgrade for the turbocharged 3.0 TFSI engine found in the B9 and B9.5 Audi S4 and S5. Engineered in-house by 034Motorsport, this intake system is designed to replace the factory airbox and accordion hose, facilitating increased airflow to the turbocharger and engine. The system features a partially-enclosed airbox that integrates with the factory fresh air inlet duct and heat shield. It houses a substantial 5-inch inlet conical air filter with a double-layer pleated cotton filtration medium, capable of trapping particles as small as 5 microns, while the CFD-optimized filter tube ensures smooth airflow to the throttle body. Notable features include dyno-proven horsepower and torque gains, enhanced engine and induction sounds, and improved throttle response, all while maintaining superb fit and finish to match the factory engine bay. The design prioritizes minimizing filter shrouding to allow maximum airflow around the filter, preventing choking and maximizing performance. It utilizes factory mounting grommets for a secure installation with straightforward instructions, making it a simple, bolt-on upgrade. For further performance optimization, the P34 SüperDüper Insuction Bundle pairs this cold air intake with the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe, which is an essential upgrade for eliminating a critical flow restriction, particularly when running Stage 3 Hybrid Turbochargers. The bundle includes an even larger CFD-optimized silicone filter tube for proper mating of the components. The SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe itself is cast from A356 Aluminum with a CNC-machined compressor inlet flange adapter and a 6061-T6 aluminum turbo inlet adapter for maximum airflow.
