P34 Cold Air Intake System

The 034Motorsport P34 Cold Air Intake System is a high-performance replacement designed to deliver improved power, sound, and acceleration for B9/B9.5 Audi S4/S5 models equipped with the 3.0 TFSI engine. Engineered in-house, this system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a partially-enclosed design that utilizes the stock fresh air inlet duct and heat shield. It houses a massive 5" inlet conical air filter and a CFD-optimized filter tube, significantly increasing airflow to the turbocharger. The P34 Cold Air Intake System has been dyno-proven to provide horsepower and torque gains, enhance engine and induction sounds, and improve throttle response. The installation is straightforward, using factory mounting grommets for a secure and stealthy OEM+ fit and finish. For even greater performance optimization, especially when running Stage 3 Hybrid Turbochargers, the P34 SüperDüper Insuction Bundle is available. This bundle includes the P34 Cold Air Intake along with the SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe, which eliminates a critical flow restriction in the intake tract. The bundle also features a larger CFD-optimized silicone filter tube to ensure proper mating between the intake and the turbo inlet. The SüperDüper Turbo Inlet Pipe itself is constructed from cast A356 Aluminum with a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum turbo inlet adapter designed for maximum airflow into the compressor housing. It is engineered to maximize performance for Stage 3 Hybrid Turbo Tuning Software and includes features like a compressor inlet flange adapter for smooth airflow, secure coupler retention, and provisions for OE PCV hose and factory wiring harness clips.
