Overview

The PRL Motorsports P700 Drop-In Turbocharger Upgrade is a performance turbocharger designed for Honda and Acura 2.0L turbocharged platforms. It features a cast 304 stainless steel, dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA, and a high-efficiency 9-blade billet 7075 aluminum compressor wheel for improved power and response.

This drop-in unit retains factory oil and coolant lines, as well as the factory bypass valve and wastegate actuator. The turbine housing includes an integrated oxygen sensor bung, which allows for installation without requiring an aftermarket downpipe on supported 2.0T Accord, TLX, and RDX models.

The PRL Motorsports P700 Drop-In Turbocharger Upgrade is engineered to provide 600+ horsepower capabilities for Honda's 2.0L Turbo K20C engines. It utilizes a billet 304 stainless steel, dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA for reduced weight and enhanced durability. The assembly incorporates a high-efficiency 9-blade billet 7075 aluminum compressor wheel and an Inconel 713C turbine wheel, both designed with advanced aerodynamics to optimize spool and power output. The turbine housing features an integrated oxygen sensor bung to simplify installation on 2.0T Accord, TLX, and RDX models by eliminating the need for an aftermarket downpipe. Installation requires ECU calibration; a basemap for the FK8 Civic Type-R is available via Hondata software. Note that installation on Honda Accord, Acura TLX, and Acura RDX 2.0T models requires specific additional parts: Turbocharger Water Pipe A, an FK8 Civic Type-R electronic wastegate actuator arm, and a factory FK8 Civic Type-R turbocharger mounting bracket. This unit is not compatible with the 1.5T engine, 2023 Civic 2.0L NA models, or the MDX 2.0T Type S. Additionally, this product is not legal for sale or use in California on any emission-controlled motor vehicle. This turbocharger fits 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type-R FK8, 2023+ Honda Civic Type-R FL5, 2018+ Honda Accord 2.0T, 2019+ Acura RDX 2.0T, 2021+ Acura TLX 2.0T, and 2024+ Acura Integra DE5 Type-S. Proper installation of supplied copper crush washers is required, and professional installation or fabrication skills may be needed. The unit is backed by a 1-year/12,000-mile limited warranty, which is voided by racing, off-road use, improper installation, or lack of proper ECU calibration.
