Description

The Power Driven Diesel P7100 Conversion Kit provides a solution for 1998.5-2002 24v Dodge Cummins owners experiencing problems with the VP44 injection pump, specifically the P0216 death code. This kit facilitates the installation of a P7100 "P Pump" to enhance reliability and performance. The comprehensive kit includes essential parts for the conversion, such as a Cummins OEM Gear housing, Gear Housing Gasket, Front Cover Oil Seal, Timing Plug, Pump Bracket, Pump Brace, Pump Drive Gear, Throttle Kit, Cam Sensor Adapter, and Mild Steel Fuel Lines with a Hardware Kit. Note that not all parts pictured may be included. Installation requires careful attention, especially with the included fuel lines. These lines are hand-bent and may require minor adjustments for a perfect fit. It is recommended to flush each line with starting fluid prior to installation to remove any debris. For manual transmission vehicles, cruise control functionality will be lost after installation.
