The Power Driven Diesel delivery valves are high-performance fuel components designed for 1994–1998 5.9L Cummins engines utilizing the P7100 (P-pump) injection system. By acting as a critical fuel flow checkpoint between the injection pump and the injector, these valves allow for a longer injection event, which translates into increased engine output. Customers can choose between 055, 025, and 7mm versions to achieve their preferred balance of power, efficiency, and exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). The 055 valves offer a 35cc flow increase for daily driving and towing, the 025 valves provide a 65cc increase for street performance, and the 7mm valves deliver a 90cc increase for maximum power applications. Proper selection depends on your current injector and pump setup, as pairing smaller valves with larger injectors can aid in EGT control and overall efficiency. Note that this product is not legal for sale or use in California. Installation requires access to the injection pump assembly; specialized tools, such as the Power Driven Diesel P7100 pump delivery valve socket, are available separately to assist with the process. Always monitor EGTs and engine parameters when upgrading fuel delivery components to manage heat and smoke output effectively.
