The Jetprime PAIR Circuit Eliminator Kit offers a streamlined solution for removing the Secondary Air Injection (PAIR) system on compatible Aprilia motorcycles. This kit is specifically designed for the Aprilia RS660, Tuono 660, and Tuareg 660 models from 2021 to the current year. It includes all necessary components for a complete PAIR system removal, including the valve, cover, and associated tubing. The kit features a precision CNC machined plate made from durable 7075 aluminum, which directly replaces the original PAIR system cover. A special heat-resistant rubber cap is provided to effectively close the hole in the airbox, ensuring a proper seal. By eliminating the PAIR system, this kit addresses issues that can arise with aftermarket exhaust systems, such as exhaust popping noise on deceleration and backfiring. It also allows for more accurate air-to-fuel (A/F) ratio measurements for reliable fuel tuning. Furthermore, removing the PAIR system can free up engine space and potentially improve throttle response when used in conjunction with full aftermarket exhaust systems.
