Description

The K&N 33-2142 replacement air filter is engineered to boost horsepower and acceleration by allowing high air flow while maintaining excellent filtration. It fits directly into your existing factory air box, making installation simple – often as easy as removing the disposable filter and inserting the K&N. It is emissions legal in all 50 US states and will not void your vehicle's warranty. Specifications include a panel air filter shape, cotton gauze filter material, an open top style, and a filter re-oiling amount of 1.3 oz (38 ml). The dimensions are approximately 1.188 inches in height, 9.938 inches in outside length, and 8.25 inches in outside width. This K&N air filter is specifically designed to fit the following applications: 1998-2004 BMW M5 5.0L, 1996-2004 BMW 540i 4.4L, 1996-2003 BMW 535i 3.5L, and 1999-2001 BMW 740i 4.4L.
