The Carefree of Colorado 12 Volt Travel’r Awning is designed for travel trailers and 5th wheels, offering the convenience of a power awning. It features an integrated design that mounts flush to the RV, blending the arms into the sidewall for a clean look. The truss-support design provides superior strength and maximum head clearance for easy patio access. Like the popular 12V Eclipse awning, the Travel’r operates with a push-button, wormgear motor, ensuring effortless operation and preventing billowing. It is available with adjustable pitch settings and features Direct Response Electronics that automatically retract the awning when canopy movement exceeds a predetermined threshold, protecting it from the elements when unattended. The Travel'r can be purchased as a complete new awning or as an upgrade to existing Carefree or A&E patio awnings by simply replacing the arms. It is available with Carefree’s FLXguard (a lightweight, robust weatherguard), Uniguard, or Alumaguard protective housing.
