Passenger Side Exhaust Manifold

The SPE Motorsport Passenger Side Exhaust Manifold is designed to replace the OE component in 2015-2019 6.7L Powerstroke Ford F250, F350, F450, and F550 trucks, including cab and chassis models. This upgraded manifold aims to improve upon the factory design for enhanced durability and performance. Key features include mounting flanges that are 30% thicker than the OEM design, ensuring a stronger seal and preventing leaks. The up-pipe flange is also reinforced, providing superior strength and reliability. An upgraded EGR flange uses M8 bolts instead of the factory M6, reducing the risk of bolt breakage. The manifold's casting is thicker to resist cracking and warping from heat cycles, and it is constructed from durable ductile iron, offering greater strength and flexibility than standard grey iron. The kit includes the exhaust manifold, exhaust manifold gasket, up-pipe gasket, and hardware. For a full system, it pairs with the SPE Driver Side Exhaust Manifold (SPE-S100311). Triangle up-pipe gaskets are recommended at installation and may be sold separately or with an up-pipe kit.
