Passenger Side Motor Mount

The Damond Motorsports Passenger Side Motor Mount is engineered for MK3 Focus ST and RS models, providing a significantly more planted powertrain. This upgrade is essential for enthusiasts looking to minimize wheel-hop and torque-steer, leading to a more responsive driving experience. Damond Motorsports mounts are utilized in some of the quickest track-focused Focus STs and RSs, as well as by many daily driver enthusiasts. The mount features a precisely oriented bushing design to effectively absorb vibrations, allowing for stiff bushings without an unbearable increase in NVH. The bushing carrier is CAD designed and FEA tested, with street and track validation ensuring robust performance. The construction includes a full-length welded steel base and top piece, paired with a machined aluminum bushing carrier that is anodized in either gold or black. All fasteners, lock nuts, and spacers are of high-grade quality, and the mount uses OTS Energy poly bushings. Customers can choose between two bushing stiffness options: Street (70a) for those prioritizing comfort and minimal added NVH, or Race (88a) for maximum performance and reduced engine movement. It's important to note that with this mount, there will be added NVH over stock, and a slight break-in period is expected for the NVH to settle. Spacers are now included with the mount instead of studs. The front plate has been removed after FAE analysis determined it was not necessary, resulting in a lighter component.
