The J&L Oil Separator Company 3011P-B is a redesigned passenger-side oil separator kit crafted from durable billet aluminum with a sleek black anodized finish. By collecting these vapors, which can dilute fuel and decrease octane, this separator helps maintain optimal engine performance. This Version 3.0 oil separator boasts an increased 3oz fluid capacity, significantly more than previous versions. Its multi-stage filtration system includes a fine-mesh stainless steel screen to initially collect vapors. As these vapors become heavier, they pass through a 1/2-inch thick aluminum honeycomb filter, causing them to grow into larger droplets and fall to the bottom of the canister. A knurled tank base allows for easy disposal of collected oil, and an O-ring ensures a tight, leak-free seal. The kit is specifically designed for 2011-2017 GT Mustangs, 2012-2013 Boss 302 Mustangs, and 2016 GT350 Mustangs. It is important to note that this oil separator will NOT fit Mustangs equipped with a supercharger. Additionally, this item is not CARB exempt and is not legal for sale or use in California.
