Description

The ACR ELECTRON 2940 is a Pathfinder AIS SART, an IMO SOLAS compliant AIS Search and Rescue Transmitter. It transmits eight AIS Class-A position reports per minute using GNSS/GPS, making it detectable by AIS-equipped vessels within VHF range, typically an average of 5 nautical miles. It features NFC for registration and test data, a lithium battery with a 96-hour life, and a rugged design. It includes a wall mount, with an optional telescopic pole available for purchase.
