The RV6 Performance PCD Downpipe Kit is a performance exhaust component designed to replace the restrictive factory precat. This kit is intended for use on 2008-2012 Honda Accords equipped with the 2.4L K24Z3 engine.

The RV6™ I4 Precat Delete (PCD™) is engineered to replace the highly restrictive original equipment precat on 2008-2012 Accords with the 2.4L K24Z3 engine. This performance downpipe kit utilizes a free-flowing contoured casting and 2.5-inch diameter tubing to significantly reduce exhaust restrictions. When the K24Z3 engine was released, its integrated exhaust manifold design made traditional header upgrades obsolete. RV6 Performance leverages years of experience manufacturing PCDs to create a component that withstands the high temperatures and concentrated stresses inherent in this application, unlike conventional multi-runner headers. Key specifications include 304 stainless steel cast flange sections, 2.5-inch diameter tubing with a 0.065-inch wall thickness, and a triple-lined interlock flexpipe, all constructed from 304 stainless steel. The flanges are CNC waterjet cut for precision, and the entire assembly is TIG welded with argon purging for optimal weld integrity. This kit includes all necessary hardware for installation. RV6 Performance provides a 24-month warranty on the castings and welding. Please note that this product is intended for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY and is illegal in many states and provinces.
