PCD Downpipe with 300-Cell Catalytic Converter

The RV6 Performance PCD Downpipe is engineered to replace the restrictive factory precat on the 2022+ Honda Civic 2.0L, which is designed for mass production rather than optimal flow. This downpipe addresses the power-choking restriction by providing a smooth, turbulence-free path for exhaust gases. The unit features a high-strength 304 stainless steel construction, including a precision-cast engine-to-tube transition that was modeled in Solidworks and verified with advanced flow analysis. The tubing is 2.5" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, paired with a 304 stainless flange. It incorporates a 300-cell high-temperature, high-flow catalytic converter. The entire system is fully TIG welded with argon back-gassing for clean welds. Installation is facilitated by included hardware, such as non-foulers, chromoly exhaust studs, and gaskets.
