PCV Oil Separator

The RR Racing Air/Oil Separator is a direct byproduct of the company's IS-F track development program, aimed at improving engine performance and longevity. This system addresses the issue of oil and other contaminants being ingested into the engine through the PCV system, a common problem exacerbated by aggressive driving, track use, and hard acceleration/deceleration. By capturing these byproducts, the separator helps prevent several issues. Oil ingestion can lead to ignition retard due to the low octane rating of burning oil, and it contributes to the formation of carbon deposits on intake valves, pistons, and the combustion chamber. These deposits can increase the likelihood of power-robbing detonation. The RR-Racing Air/Oil Separator features a fully sealed design with an easily accessible level indicator for straightforward inspection and periodic emptying. Compatibility includes various Lexus models such as the IS300 (AWD/RWD) from 2014-2016, IS350 from 2014-2016, RC300/350 from 2015-2017, and GS350 from 2013-2015. Note that on some GS350 models, the canister may slightly contact the brake hydraulic line from the master cylinder; slight upward bending of the bracket may be necessary in such cases.
