PCV Reroute Kit

The Damond Motorsports Oil Catch Can (OCC) system acts as a crucial filter for your vehicle's positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) system. By routing these byproducts to the OCC for collection, this system ensures cleaner air enters the engine, promoting better combustion, increased power, improved fuel economy, and reduced detonation. The OCC itself features a fully welded external aluminum structure with welded-on ports for a clean aesthetic and minimal weight. Inside, multiple layers of perforated baffle plates create a large surface area for blow-by vapors to condense, with an oil scraper at the bottom to initiate the capture process. It also includes a super easy-to-use, high-flowing drain valve for simple maintenance. Damond Motorsports offers application-specific variants to ensure proper fitment. For the Mazdaspeed 3, Version 1 mounts below the factory intake, allowing space for intercooler piping, but will NOT fit with cold-air intakes. Version 2 mounts on the transmission, underneath the intake, and is designed to accommodate cold air intakes but may interfere with some front-mount intercooler piping. For the Mazdaspeed 6, Version 1 mounts on the horn bracket, allows space for some intercooler kits, and does not require bumper removal; however, the optional VTA kit will not fit this location. Version 2 mounts below the factory intake, is compatible with all intakes including the factory air box, and allows space for most intercooler piping, excluding the CP-E FMIC.
