Overview

The HSP Diesel PCV Reroute Kit is designed for 2004.5–2010 Duramax diesel engines, including LLY, LBZ, and LMM platforms. This kit replaces restrictive factory crankcase ventilation hoses to improve airflow and eliminate oil vapor.

By rerouting crankcase pressure and oil vapor away from the intake system, the kit helps prevent oil from entering the turbocharger and intercooler piping. This contributes to cleaner components and supports optimal engine performance over time.

The HSP Diesel PCV Reroute Kit is engineered for 2004.5–2010 Duramax diesel engines, specifically covering LLY (2004.5–2005), LBZ (2006–2007), and LMM (2007.5–2010) models. This kit directly addresses the issue of oil vapor and crankcase pressure buildup in the intake system. By rerouting these elements, it prevents oil from contaminating the turbocharger and intercooler piping, leading to improved component longevity and a cleaner engine bay. While not a direct horsepower gain, maintaining cleaner airflow supports consistent optimal performance. The kit includes all necessary components for a direct fit, such as billet PCV fittings, 8 feet of 5/8" PCV hose, O-rings, and worm-gear clamps. This PCV reroute kit maintains compliance with emissions equipment as it only reroutes crankcase ventilation and does not alter fuel or exhaust systems. However, customers are advised to verify local emissions regulations before installation.
