PDS Stage 2 Torque Hydraulic Roller Camshaft

The Brian Tooley Racing PDS Stage 2 Torque camshaft is a hydraulic roller camshaft specifically engineered for Gen III/Gen IV LS engines, particularly those that are supercharged with a Roots-style supercharger. This camshaft offers a significant upgrade in power and torque compared to previous PDS designs, achieved through innovative BTR lobe designs that have undergone rigorous Spintron and Engine Dyno testing. With a lift of 0.619 inches on the intake and 0.617 inches on the exhaust, and an intake duration of 221 degrees with a 113 LSA, this camshaft is optimized for a broad powerband, typically operating between 3200 and 7525 RPM. The development process focused on maximizing the overall power curve while ensuring strict valvetrain stability and long-term durability. E85 fuel is highly recommended for optimal performance with this camshaft. A dyno sheet indicates impressive results when tested in-house on a BTR Superflow dyno, utilizing an LS3 short block, GMPP ported LS3 heads, and a Kong ported LSA supercharger with 17psi boost and E85 fuel.
