The A-Pillar kit is engineered for a modification-free installation, utilizing pre-existing mounting points. The brackets are laser-cut from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated for durability. The white-output version is suitable for all-around visibility, while a yellow-output version is available for optimal performance in rain, snow, or fog, using Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs. The product emphasizes reliability with features like a copper DTP PCB for heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated, and potted internals with over-molded input wiring and a gasket designed to IP69K standards for weather resistance. It also includes cable management features and is compatible with LED pods from other brands such as Baja Designs, KC Hi-Lites, Rigid Industries, and Diode Dynamics. The 4Banger LED pods utilize modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optimized optics and thermal dynamics. Available beam patterns include Wide/Fog, Spot, and Combo.
