The Morimoto 4Banger A-Pillar LED system is designed to provide additional light precisely where it's needed. It offers versatility for various lighting needs, from long-range spotlights to ditch lights for illuminating the side of the road. The kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods with a choice of beam patterns, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness for proper power. The A-Pillar kit is engineered for perfect, modification-free compatibility with existing mounting points. The brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel and powder coated for durability. The white-output version is ideal for all-around visibility, while the yellow-output version (Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs) is optimized for rain, snow, or fog. The 4Banger features a copper DTP PCB for maximized heat transfer, and a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder coated for longevity. Internals are potted, input wiring is over-molded, and the main gasket meets IP69K standards for full weather resistance. The wiring harness is designed for a clean and reliable install, featuring a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with a yellow-LED backlight. The 4Banger LED pods utilize modern, lumen-dense LEDs from Nichia and Osram, with optics optimized using LucidShape. It is available with HXB Combo, HXB Spot (up to 800 meters penetration), HXB Wide (SAE-Compliant fog light, 80% brighter than Rigid D-Series SAE Fog), NCS Combo, NCS Spot, NCS Wide (14% brighter than Rigid D-Series SAE, 28% less power consumption, SAE F photometric standards compliant for fog light use), and Flood Beam options. The A-Pillar brackets are also compatible with LED pods from other brands.
