This kit includes high-performance 4Banger LED pods, installation brackets, and a switched wire harness. The A-Pillar kit for 2019+ Ram HD vehicles has been extensively designed, prototyped, and tested to ensure perfect compatibility. It utilizes pre-existing mounting points for a modification-free installation. The brackets are laser cut from 304 stainless steel, electroplated, and powder-coated for durability. The white-output version is suitable for all-around visibility. A yellow-output version is available for optimal output in rain, snow, or fog, utilizing Phosphor-Converted Yellow LEDs for effective penetration without compromising output. The product emphasizes reliability with features like a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB for maximized heat transfer, a cast aluminum shell that is electroplated and powder-coated to prevent flaking, potted internals, over-molded input wiring, and a main gasket designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance. It also includes cable management features for clean wiring. The patent-pending 4Banger LED pod light uses LucidShape for optimized performance around Nichia LEDs, with world-class optics and optimized thermal dynamics. It's available with four beam patterns: SAE Wide, Combo, Spot, and Flood. The Flood Beam provides ambient light with wide coverage, ideal for low-speed driving or illuminating campgrounds. The optional wire harness is designed for quality, featuring a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push-button switch with an amber-LED backlight.
