The TeckWrap Gloss Aurora White vinyl wrap (DCH02-HD) is a premium-grade polymeric hybrid film that provides a unique color-shift effect. Its pearl white base is enhanced by ultra-fine diamond particles, creating subtle reflections of blue, pink, gold, and lavender that change with lighting and viewing angles. The film is constructed with air-release channels for a smoother application and features a directional color-shift effect. For optimal results and to maintain a consistent look across all panels, it's crucial to use a single production LOT and maintain consistent orientation during installation. Avoid overstretching the film, as this can distort the color-shift pigments. The adhesive is a transparent, ultra weather-resistant solvent-based acrylic from Henkel. Proper application is key to achieving the desired outcome and warranty validity. The wrap should only be applied to a clean, sound, fully cured OEM factory finish; repainted, primed, aftermarket, or damaged surfaces can compromise adhesion and removal, voiding the warranty. Installation is recommended at +17°C to +23°C, with a post-heat of 100°C. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Maintenance involves hand washing with a pH-neutral shampoo (pH 3 to 11), avoiding waxes, solvents, and petroleum-distillate products. Automatic washes, brushes, or high-pressure washers should also be avoided. The wrap is designed for long-term outdoor use, with an expected durability of up to 3 years on vertical panels and around 2 years on horizontal surfaces, depending on the climate zone. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear, abrasion, scratches, or gloss changes.
