The BMS Performance Air Filter serves as a direct replacement for all BMS performance air intake systems. The oiled filter is designed for longevity, with recommendations to clean it using an S&B cleaning kit every 15-20k miles, ensuring it lasts the life of your vehicle. This type is generally suggested for most applications. For environments with high levels of sand or dust, the dry filter option offers superior filtration. It can be maintained by blowing compressed air through it from the inside out and should be replaced as needed. Oiled filters are delivered pre-oiled with blue, red, or white filter oil and include new clamps. Dry filters do not require oil. A performance air filter cleaning and oil kit is available separately. The specific model relevant to this listing, the BMS_365R, requires 40 grams of oil and features a Powerstack design. Filters are sold separately unless marked as a PAIR. If your intake system requires two filters, you must add two individual filters to your cart unless the specific option is designated as a 'Pair.' Inverted cone filters include an integrated velocity stack to maximize flow.
